Things happen we get it. We want to be flexible and accommodating. However, the closer to the event date the harder it is to fill your spot. Below are our refund options:
Before you book your spot:

- Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your entry date.
After you book your spot:

Purchase international travel insurance to cover the duration of the trip

Keep us abreast of any change of plans
Due to group size, we have a strict cancellation/refund policy. $500 USD is a non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 90 days or more prior to day 1 of the retreat you will receive a full refund minus your $500 deposit.
If you cancel less than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat there will be no refund.
All payments are due 14 days prior to day 1 of the retreat.
