Things happen we get it. We want to be flexible and accommodating. However, the closer to the event date the harder it is to fill your spot. Below are our refund options:
Before you book your spot:

- Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your entry date.
After you book your spot:

Purchase international travel insurance to cover the duration of the trip

Keep us abreast of any change of plans
Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature and scale of this event, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We understand that plans can change, but this policy allows us to ensure the quality of the retreat for all attendees.
Before booking your spot, please ensure:
- You’ve confirmed your availability for the retreat dates.
- You have adequate time off and no conflicting prior engagements.
- Your travel documents, including your passport, are up-to-date (valid for at least six months from the entry date).
- You’ve purchased travel insurance to protect your investment.
Transfers Allowed
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another individual. To do so, please notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date. Transfers are subject to a $150 administrative fee.
