The P+V experience in Negril served as a reminder of what life’s true pleasures consist of; joy, peace, and love. Sounds so cliché or like a typical picture frame you can find at a department store in the home section. You know which ones I’m talking about. In all seriousness, embodying these feelings is what Negril offered and it asked for nothing in return.


From the manifestation workshops, jumping off a 40 ft catamaran into the middle if the Carrebian Ocean, to hiking Mayfield Waterfalls with 21 limestone natural spring pools, to riding ATVs and horseback through the Jamaican terrane, from the oxtail and callaloo patty, daily yoga classes, and to starting off as strangers but ending as family- I mean you get the point!
