My recent adventure in Tulum with Paradise + Vibe left me absolutely speechless. Each trip has its own uniqueness, and this one was all about embracing relaxation. When we weren’t soaking in the sun; we also had the chance to attend enlightening workshops that taught us the art of becoming and staying relaxed women and tapped into sensuality. Our accommodations at Nomade hotel perfectly complemented the theme – the lush jungle with its calming greenery and the soothing beach helped aid in comfort and relaxation.
One of the most amazing things about this trip was how quickly the tribe clicked with one another. It felt like we’d all been friends forever. Our bond in Tulum was truly special, and it gave me unforgettable memories. By the time we had our welcome dinner on the first night, the restaurant was already buzzing with conversation and laughter, as if we’d known each other for years.
During my time in Tulum, I had the opportunity to experience three extraordinary workshops that dove into relaxation, sensuality, and sexuality. These sessions, guided by the remarkable Elizabeth Gilbert, Divine Sol, and Tayrn, were incredibly amazing. They shared priceless wisdom while being profoundly relatable. Each of them provided us with practical tools to apply as we move forward in alignment with the specific themes of their workshops. The energy in the room during each workshop was indescribable. At all times I felt so connected to my tribe members.
Our daily yoga sessions, which I shared leading with Iana, were pure magic. These sessions weren’t your typical yoga classes that come to mind when you hear the word “yoga.” Instead, the classes enabled people to explore a more profound level of self-discovery and self-love. We used yoga to align with the retreat’s core themes of relaxation, calmness, and sensuality. It was an unforgettable experience that added a layer of enchantment to our journey.
