2. Set the Tone
Aromatherapy is a great way to set the tone for some relaxation before bed or anytime. Light a candle or your favorite incense. Switch on your night light, and grab a book to read or a journal to write in.
3. Nighttime Meditation
Take this time to get centered before going to bed. This allows for us to release what no longer serves and set an intention for our nights’ rest.
